The Borough Construction Office is
responsible for ensuring all construction work in the Borough
complies with the requirements of the New Jersey Uniform
Construction Code. Residents are urged to contact the
Construction Officer prior to beginning home improvement project
to inquire if a permit is required.
The Borough Construction Office is
open daily from 8:30 AM through 4:00 PM and Monday evenings from
4:30 PM through 6:30 PM.
Inspections
Please have your permit number
available when calling to schedule an inspection. Calls
for inspections must be received prior to 3PM in order to
schedule the inspection for the following day.
Municipal Permits
Municipal Permits are required for fences and concrete.
Zoning Applications
Zoning Applications are required for any and all property
improvements.
