Borough of Magnolia Honors Scott Cowling as Volunteer of the Year 07/04/2008
MAGNOLIA, NJ -- Borough Council honored Borough resident, Scott Cowling as the Volunteer of the Year at the Borough's annual Fourth of July celebration. Mr. Cowling is an active member of the community -- recently Scott has volunteered countless hours at the new Magnolia Community Center. Mr. Cowling also volunteers his time with the Magnolia Little League.
