Borough of Magnolia Honors Thomas McDonough with the Magnolia Medal Award
07/04/2013 MAGNOLIA, NJ -- The Honorable Mayor BettyAnn Cowling-Carson along with Borough Council honored Borough resident, Thomas McDonoughl with the Magnolia Medal at the Borough's annual Fourth of July celebration.
