Charles Avenue The Borough of Magnolia will be performing road surface improvements on Charles Avenue between Evesham Avenue and Brooke Avenue beginning in the Spring of 2007. The project is currently in the design phase. Expect surveyors and engineers marking the area in preparation for construction.
East Monroe Avenue at Gloucester
Avenue
The Borough of Magnolia will be performing storm sewer improvements in the area of East Monroe Avenue and Gloucester Avenues beginning the week of Monday, November 6, 2006. The project will increase the Borough's storm sewer capacity. Expect construction equipment and detours in the area.
Work will begin on East Monroe Avenue between Gloucester Avenue and South Warwick Road including the intersection of those roadways on or about Wednesday, March 14. Impact to on street parking will be minimized by the contractor who will work in sections and will backfill any open trenches prior to ending a days work.
Bryant Avenue The Borough of Magnolia will be performing road surface improvements along the entire length of Bryant Avenue sometime in November. Expect construction equipment and detours in the area.
