Borough of Magnolia Honors Richard Michielli with the Magnolia Medal 07/04/2006 MAGNOLIA, NJ -- The Honorable Mayor BettyAnn Cowling-Carson along with Borough Council honored 47 year resident, Richard Michielli with the Borough's highest honor, the Magnolia Medal. The Magnolia Medal is a lifetime achievement award.
