New Jersey Department of Environmental Production Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Remediation, Upgrade and Closure Fund July 13, 2007
Borough residents wishing to remove underground petroleum storage tanks are encouraged to review the following information to learn about financial assistance programs offered by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJDEA).
The Underground Storage Tank Remediation, Upgrade & Closure Fund (UST Fund) is a grant and loan program administered jointly by the NJDEP and the NJEDA. The UST Fund provides financial assistant for both leaking and non-leaking underground storage tanks.
