Located on E. Evesham Avenue, this parcel of ground was dedicated on May 31, 1954 by Council and Mayor Francis Scott in honor of Eugene Landin, who was Magnolia’s first World War I amputee.  There are benches, a basketball court, and playground equipment for all to use.
